Aloe hybrid ‘Lavender’ (Carmine)

Family: Asphodelaceae
Common Name: Lavender Aloe (Carmine)
Origin: Hybrid by Kelly Griffin; propagated via tissue culture at Rancho Tissue Technologies

Description:

‘Lavender’ is a distinctive dwarf aloe hybrid admired for its compact rosettes and unique floral display. The foliage is bright green with fine, raised tubercles and soft marginal teeth, forming a symmetrical, star-like shape. Under stress or high light, the leaves may flush with warm tones that add seasonal variation.

Its most remarkable feature is the flower color: in bloom, it produces slender stalks topped with clusters of carmine-to-lavender tubular blossoms, a rare and elegant shade among aloes.
