Description:

*Aloe variegata* is a beloved dwarf aloe species known for its bold, patterned foliage. Its upright, triangular leaves are deep green to gray-green, decorated with irregular white bands across the surface, giving rise to its common name “Tiger Aloe.” Leaves are smooth, lightly serrated at the edges, and arranged in a neat fan of three ranks, creating a compact, architectural form.

In late winter to spring, mature plants produce slender stalks topped with pendulous clusters of coral to salmon-pink tubular flowers, adding seasonal charm and attracting pollinators.

  • Soil: Requires gritty, well-draining soil; avoid standing water
