Yucca linearifolia ‘Linear Leaf’

Family: Asparagaceae (Agavoideae)
Common Name: Linear-leaf Yucca
Origin: Native to northern Mexico (Nuevo León) and south Texas
Production: Clonally propagated via tissue culture at Rancho Tissue Technologies

Description:

Yucca linearifolia ‘Linear Leaf’ is a rare and highly architectural yucca species known for its dense globe-shaped rosette of ultra-narrow, blue-green leaves. Each leaf is 24–36 inches long, soft to the touch, and gracefully pliant, giving the plant a delicate texture unusual in the genus. Over time, plants form a stout, single trunk that may reach up to 4 feet tall, topped by a tight sphere of foliage that resembles a living sculpture.

This is a collector-grade plant prized for both its elegance and toughness, making it equally suited to dryland gardens, modern landscapes, or specimen container displays.
